All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

3. Conditions for Return

Returned products must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unused and undamaged (unless defective)

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • If not approved, we will notify you with the reason

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
